Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Soleo Home website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site.

Who We Are

Soleo Home is a residential landscape design and installation company based in Pleasant Grove, Utah, serving the Wasatch Front and surrounding Utah communities. References in these Terms to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Soleo Home.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any related systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any forms or contact methods on the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing viruses or harmful code
• Scrape, copy, or use the Site's content without our written permission

Quote Requests and Communications

When you submit a quote request through our contact form or contact us by phone or email, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• We may contact you via phone, email, or text message about your inquiry and related services
• A quote request does not create a contract or binding agreement for landscaping work
• Any landscaping project will be governed by a separate written contract that we provide before work begins

No Project Until Signed Contract

Information presented on the Site — including service descriptions, pricing ranges, and project examples — is for informational purposes only. No work, pricing, or project terms are binding on Soleo Home until a written contract is signed by both parties. All projects are subject to on-site evaluation and a formal proposal.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photos, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Soleo Home or used with permission. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Project Photography

Photos shown on the Site may include past Soleo Home projects, stock photography, or representative images. Specific project results vary based on site conditions, materials chosen, and other project-specific factors. Photos are not a guarantee of identical outcomes.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soleo Home disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of Site content

This disclaimer applies to the Site itself and not to any landscape services performed under a separate signed contract.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soleo Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability arising from or relating to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Soleo Home harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the Site, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the change. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
